In response to our rapidly expanding operation, we are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team. Call Center /Technical Support experience preferred but not required. Must have basic internet knowledge and familiarity with basic computer programs. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
This position responsibilities include visiting with customers over the phone addressing a variety of topics, including: service, billing,collections, support and special projects. Our Customer Service Representatives are valued team members and play a critical role in the growth of our company by delivering positive customer experiences and being ambassadors of the AtLink brand.
